Payment Policy

Your enrolment fee is payable at the time you make your registration. Your registration request will remain provisional and can be offered to other enquirers until your payment has been made in full. Payment is required usually within three working days. You can pay direct into our business account or by  cheque,  the details on how to do this will be provided to you within the registration process.

If you would like to make any other payment arrangement please register for the course, making a note of how you would like to pay in the message section of the registration form and contact us for further details.

Cancellations
Disability Learning  holds the right to cancel or change an advertised course. In these circumstances we will normally arrange an alternative date and offer participants either a transfer to this date or, if this date is not convenient, an alternative course. If neither is possible a full refund will be offered.

Refunds and Transfers
We are unable to offer any refunds should you decide to cancel or are unable to attend your course.

In exceptional circumstances, students who are unable to attend may transfer to another course if Disability Learning is able to re-sell their original place to another participant. This transfer is solely at our discretion and you will incur a £20 administration fee.

No transfer will be offered if the following circumstances apply:

  • a course booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the course date (unless a waiting list for the course exists and the place can be re-sold at short notice);
  • participants are unable to attend a course due to personal circumstances;
  • participants are unable to attend a course due to travel problems caused by unfavourable weather or cancellations by travel operators;

Travel or accommodation expenses will not be compensated for should a course be cancelled or re-arranged for an alternative date.
