Payment Policy

Your enrolment fee is payable at the time you make your registration. Your registration request will remain provisional and can be offered to other enquirers until your payment has been made in full. Payment is required usually within three working days. You can pay direct into our business account or by  cheque,  the details on how to do this will be provided to you within the registration process.

Accredited Courses

If you are completing an accredited course your payment is due before you are registered for the qualification, please make sure this is the right course for you as Disability Learning is unable to give refunds once you have started the course, unless there is exceptional circumstances. This would be solely at the discretion of Disability Learning and any cost incurred due to you cancelling the course would have to be passed on to you,

Cancellations
Every effort is made for all courses to proceed as planned. When a course is cancelled, Disability Learning will endeavour to contact delegates as soon as possible and they will be offered an alternative date, refund or credit note. Disability Learning will not be liable for any travel or other expenses incurred.

Cancellation by delegate
All cancellations must be received in writing to Disability Learning. There will be no charge if the cancellation is received more than one calendar month prior to the date of the course. If the cancellation is received less than a calendar month before the date of the course, the full fee will apply.

Refunds and Transfers
Disability Learning is unable to give a refund if a course booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the course date or if you are unable to attend the course and have given the correct amount of notice.

Where a delegate wishes to transfer from one course to another, every effort will be made to facilitate this without any additional costs being incurred. However, if the transfer takes place less than a calendar month before the date of the course an extra charge may be unavoidable.
